The hotel offers a comfortable stay with amazing views over Ha Long Bay and Sun World. The rooms are clean and well-decorated, but not up to the expected Novotel standard. The service is friendly and responsive, making hardware issues easy to resolve. The location is close to key attractions, but surrounded by construction sites. Dining options are good, though crowded at times. A pleasant stay overall with some minor drawbacks.
I had a great time at Novotel Ha Long. The rooms were very nice with wooden floors, super comfy beds, convenient working tables, and clean bathrooms, which exceeded our expectations. The service was outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a seamless stay. The location was good, although dealing with smoking zones was a slight inconvenience. The dining experience was a bit busy due to tour groups, but the wide selection of tasty food made up for it. Overall, a wonderful stay that offered excellent value for money.
